1. Overview
An industrial customer reached out looking to expand their network to multiple buildings within their business park.
Customer concerns included pricing, timeframe, business interruptions and future technology advancement compatibility.
2. Problem
The major challenge with this project was creating a plan that is the least invasive to current business hours and also keeping budget and timeframe within the parameters of the customer.
3. Solution
FFOS built an additional network including a new fiber path and splice from a larger communication ring that not only achieved the customer’s needs for expansion but also offers greater speed for the entire company network.
FFOS also provided a work schedule that could be executed during the evening to avoid daily business interruptions for the customer. Using our specialties in civil and underground work we were able to provide a complete solution from start to finish.
